This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Eat Play Love collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the eatplaylove-shop.com  website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Eat Play Love.

Eat Play Love has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, post a notification on the main page of our Site,revise the updated date at the bottom of this page, send you an email. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Returns and Refunds

At busy times of year, it can take up to 5 days for your return to reach our warehouse, and another 5 days for your refund to be processed – please only contact us if you have not received an email processing your refund within 10 days of sending us your item/s.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, unused, unwashed, in the original condition they were received together with the original packaging.

If for any reason your product is defective we will gladly refund or replace your full value including postage costs. Reasonable proof of defect needs to be provided in order for this to be approved.

We will be happy to issue a refund, which will go onto the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged – please see below for details.

Payments Methods

Payments can be made via EFT transactions. After the checkout process you will receive an order number and confirmation email with detailed payment instruction. Orders will be marked as paid once we have received proof of payment, but will only be processed once the money has reflected in our account. This can take up to 3 working days if you are transferring the funds from a different bank.

If you wish to view the status of your order, you can do this via our website by clicking "Profile", scrolling down to the "Orders" section, and clicking on the order you wish to view the status of.

If you have an enquiry related to an order you have ALREADY placed,
